Andy Rios

Andy initially joined Rodan Builders as an intern in 2017 and two years later, took on a Project Engineer role in our Hayward office.

Andy has a strong appreciation for the way Rodan challenges their employees while empowering them to make decisions that enable them to learn and advance their careers. He graduated with honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in construction management and has his OSHA 10 certification.

Andy is inspired by his parents. “Their hard work has allowed me to get where I am today. Now, it’s my turn to take care of them and make sure they have everything they need.” When Andy isn’t working, he enjoys playing soccer, going hiking with his girlfriend and husky, and going fishing with his dad and brother.
