We have a lunch and learn program which provides opportunities for training and development covering a wide range of topics that inspire, motivate, and empower the Rodan employee. We conduct semi-annual performance reviews with employees during their first three years of employment, providing valuable feedback and financial rewards for demonstrated growth and success. With these tools in hand, our staff has the confidence to work through the issues at hand and the vision to understand the status of their projects. We are empowering our leaders to take the actions that keep our projects on schedule, on budget, and with emphasis on the safety of every worker on the site. For the past five years, we have teamed up with Lazarex Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve patient access to cancer clinical trials, to host charity golf tournaments raising over $100k to help their cause.
