Rodan proudly partners with several schools and universities around the state of California to offer a Carpenter Apprentice Program. The program offers a great opportunity for students to get direct hands-on field experience in the construction industry to add to the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired through their academic pursuits. Participants are sponsored into the union and receive valuable carpenter apprentice training, including safety certification and completion of fundamentals of construction courses. This is an excellent program for students considering a career path towards a superintendent role.
