There’s no doubting the importance of underground construction and utility work when it comes to producing quality projects. When it became difficult to find competent subcontractors, Rodan decided to move into the general engineering and utility construction sector. This allows us to both serve as a prime contractor and self-perform work on our own sites. Having the flexibility to staff our jobs as needed gives us the ability to complete work in the most efficient manner possible. We stress the importance of getting key infrastructure in place immediately, addressing drainage needs, and providing for water and electricity. Rodan is proud to work with numerous municipalities throughout the Bay Area to support their infrastructure needs, including: site drainage, sewer, water, and fire service systems, in addition to excavation and backfill work.
