We will provide the requested Form 1095‑C within 30 days of receiving your request (or by the IRS furnishing deadline, if earlier).
If you request electronic delivery, we will obtain your consent before sending electronically.
This notice will remain available at www.rodanbuilders.com/1095c-requests through at least October 15 following the tax year.
