Jovani Campos, a Project Engineer at our Hayward Office. His fascination for construction started early on from wanting to understand and learn how things work and are built. "For me, starting with an empty dirt area to a finished project is really cool to see and I appreciate all the time/coordination and effort it takes to finish a project."
A soccer athlete during college, Jovani competed in the National Soccer League (NSL) with the San Leandro United team. He also trained with Project 510, the reserve club of USL Championship club that compete in USL League Two and United Premier Soccer League. In 2023, Jovani graduated with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from California State University East Bay.
Jovani's journey to success began when his parents immigrated to the US in pursuit of a better future. Inspired by their determination and sacrifices, he became the first in his family to graduate from college, a milestone that makes his family proud.
