This project included the reconstruction of all three existing passenger elevators located in Wurster Hall on the UC, Berkeley campus. Included all new finishes in all three cars, new hoists, and smoke guards. This project was completed in an occupied building and coordination was required to ensure accessibility to all floors was available during construction. The building and surrounding areas had to be evacuated during the larger crane picks to the rooftop and third-floor balcony to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, and visitors.
