Project Summary

Rodan Builders and SVA Architects have teamed up for the design-build Albany Middle School Annex project.  The project cost is estimated to be $10.8 million dollars with a projected completion date of July 2018.  The scope of work for this project includes:

-The design and construction of a new 2-story modular building that will house (12) classrooms with support spaces.

-The design and construction of a new 1-story modular building that will house administrative spaces, a culinary arts space, a drama theater, a student computer lab and various support spaces.

-Improving the existing site, including utilities.


Our additional partners for this project include Hibser Yamauchi Architects, Taylor Engineering, The Engineering Enterprise, ANLA Associates, Greenwood Consulting Group, Building Science Studio, The Cadmus Group, Underwood & Rosenblum, KPFF, Charles M. Salter Associates, and the owners, Albany Unified School District.
