Randy Valencia

Randy Valencia, a Project Engineer for Rodan Builders' Davis team. Prior to joining the Rodan team, Randy has worked on an extensive number of projects ranging from repaving, rebuilding, sitework, and expansion projects. He attended California State University, Chico and where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He also holds certifications in Competent Person for Fall Protection and crane safety, crane hands, arm signals, and crane rigging certifications.

Randy enjoys the people he works with, "I have always heard that it doesn't matter where you work, it matters who you work with. I feel very fortunate to have that with my Rodan family." Randy is an adventurous individual with a deep love for the outdoors. Recently, he embarked on a memorable journey to Peru. The highlight of this trip was a challenging yet rewarding 5-day hike to Machu Picchu with his father, Cruz, Mother, Fabiola, and sisters Jen and Wendy, an experience that left a lasting impression.
