Dhruvrajsinh Hareshwarsinh Gadhvi

Dhruvrajsinh Gadhvi joined Rodan Builders in February 2025 and serves as a Project Engineer. He enjoys being involved in all aspects of construction, from project coordination to field execution, and values the opportunity to work alongside diverse teams to solve challenges and deliver successful projects. For Dhruv, one of the most rewarding parts of construction is watching a project come together from planning through completion.

During his time with Rodan, Dhruv has worked as a Project Engineer on the El Granada Elementary School project, contributing to both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the campus improvements. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay. His commitment to professional growth is reflected through several industry certifications, including OSHA 30, LEED, Procore, and CMIT.

Outside of work, Dhruv enjoys working out, staying active, exploring new places, and keeping up with the latest construction trends. He also values spending time with friends and continuously challenging himself to learn and grow. He is inspired by the quote, “Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached,” which reflects his dedication, perseverance, and drive to achieve meaningful results.
