Carlos Diaz

Superintendent

In early 2023, Carlos became a member of the Rodan Builders, Inc. team, collaborating with our San Jose branch on projects centered around the San Jose Mineta International Airport. With an impressive background as a Union carpenter, Carlos brings over two decades of construction industry experience to his role. As a Superintendent, he thrives in bridging the gap between field staff and office/ownership staff, effectively coordinating both sides to ensure successful project outcomes while meeting expectations.

Carlos's commitment to excellence is evident through his possession of certifications such as OSHA-10, OSHA-30, CPR/First Aid/AED, Boom Lift, and Power Actuated Tools. These qualifications speak to his dedication to safety and his ability to navigate various aspects of the construction field.

Outside of work, Carlos leads a fulfilling life. He dedicates his time to coaching high school football, contributing his knowledge and passion for the sport to the next generation. Additionally, he cherishes moments with his family, which includes his wife, Gigi, his daughter, Kaylani, and his son, Aliejah.

A quote that resonates deeply with Carlos's outlook on life is, "It is never too late to be what you might have been," by George Eliot. This quote inspires him to continually strive for personal growth and embrace new opportunities. With Carlos's wealth of experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to his team and family, he is poised to make a meaningful impact at Rodan Builders, Inc.
