Chip’s interest in construction began early in his childhood and continued through high school working as a laborer over the summers. He then went on to California State University, Chico where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
As Project Manager for Rodan Builders, Chip Brennand enjoys seeing things built from start to finish and derives satisfaction from the relationships he has developed over the years with subcontractors and clients. He has extensive experience working on healthcare (OSHPD) and education (DSA) projects with contract amounts ranging from $500,000 to $35 million.
Inspired by great artists like the Rolling Stones, Chip is a composer and lyricist, plays the guitar, and listens to music.
