Randy Valencia

After graduating from California State University, Chico with a BS in Construction Management, Randy joined Rodan Builders, Inc. in early 2023. Joining our Davis office, he swiftly integrated into our team, actively contributing to our diverse projects in the Sacramento Valley. Randy's prior internships and experience in construction encompass various areas, including US Army Corps of Engineers projects, infrastructure development, commercial ventures, and residential construction. Throughout his journey, Randy has been reminded that the essence of a workplace lies in the people you collaborate with, and at Rodan Builders, Inc., this belief has proven true.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Randy nurtures a love for the great outdoors. Whether he's fishing, hiking, or hunting, he finds solace in nature. Yet, Randy's interests extend beyond the wilderness. He also finds joy in watching movies and attending stand-up comedy shows. A quote that resonates deeply with Randy's mindset is, "It always seems impossible until it's done," by Nelson Mandela. This reflects his unwavering determination and willingness to conquer challenges.
