Salvador Olivo has been with Rodan Builders since 2023 and currently holds a Superintendent position. Born and raised in San Jose, Sal brings to Rodan 3 decades of experience in the trades working on commercial, biotech, education, tech and healthcare projects all over the Bay Area. He holds various certifications, ranging from OSHA 30 & 10, First Aid training, Aerial Platform, Grade-all, and fall protection certifications, to name a few.
What Sal appreciates most about working at Rodan is the trust and relationships he has built with his team. Outside of work, Salvador spends his days with his wife, Yvonne, their daughters, Bella, Realene, Lia, and Ashley, and their two sons, Lukas and Lino. He is also a fanatic of vintage cars and motorcycles, often working on his 1962 Impala and taking his wife on motorcycle rides. A motto he goes by is, “I would never ask someone to do something I wouldn’t do myself.”
