Rick Garcia, a Superintendent at Rodan Builders, has been with the team since 2023. Rick started his career in 2003 running his own residential remodeling business. In 2007, he joined the Carpenters Union, completed his carpenter apprentice training, and advanced to Journeyman. Prior to joining Rodan, Rick served as Superintendent for other bay area GCs, working with projects that require wood framing, concrete metal decking framing, and underground utilities.
Working with Rodan, he enjoys running work and getting to collaborate with his team. Outside of work, Rick is always up for a game of soccer and loves to be around his wife, Mercedes, and his 3 kids, Efrain, Bryan, and Maximo. A quote that inspires and motivates him, is one by Alexander the Great that says, “There is nothing impossible to they who will try.”
