Superintendent Noe Cruz-Garcia has been working with Rodan Builders since 2022. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University however having worked in construction with his father in his younger years, Noe found his trued calling in the construction industry. At Rodan, Noe feels a deep sense of gratification in building schools for communities and creating educational spaces for future generations.
Noe enjoys being in the big outdoors with activities such as fishing, hunting, and off roading. He also loves spending time with his wonderful fiancé, Maria Aguilar. A quote Noe resonates with is, “If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you in.” (Steve Jobs).
