Mauro Figueroa

Mauro is a project engineer intern for Rodan. He graduated from San Jose State University in 2015 with a degree in justice studies with a minor in human rights. He worked as an educator for five years, was in sales for a year, and is currently attending California State University, East Bay to obtain his master's degree in construction management.

Upon joining the Rodan team, Mauro admitted, "Everyone is extremely approachable and has given me great mentorship."

Mauro is inspired by his parents, Mauro Figueroa Sr. and Lorena Figueroa. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, going to the gym, and traveling.
