Marian Dueñas

Marian Dueñas is a Field Admin Coordinator at Rodan, where she supports superintendents and field teams through schedule coordination and communication. Since joining Rodan in April 2026, Marian has enjoyed building relationships with the field crews and being someone they can turn to for help.

Marian began her construction career in 2021 as an operations coordinator with De Haro Ramirez Group, a concrete subcontractor based in San Francisco. She later worked as a dispatcher at Vulcan Materials’ Central Concrete plant and as a dispatch coordinator at La Roza Construction. She graduated from California State University, East Bay with a degree in Political Science and Global Relations and also holds a 911 dispatch certification. Marian credits her father, Nelson Juarez, with inspiring her career in construction, and both her father and mother, Jenny Juarez, with motivating her along the way.

Outside of work, Marian enjoys spending time with her husband, Elias, and their two dogs, Melody and Bronco. She also loves discovering new books and settling in for movie marathons of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
