Kimberly De Dios is an HR Coordinator at Rodan. She has extensive experience in recruiting with a focus on international assignees for multinational companies. She has a bright and cheerful attitude and is enjoying getting to know everyone. For Kim, her main focus is to help everyone thrive professionally, as well as in their personal lives.

Kim loves to travel, has a BA in marketing and an MBA from University of Santo Tomas, PH. Outside of work Kimberly loves spending quality time with her family, and her dog. She also enjoys anything music and is always up for a few rounds of Karaoke.
