Ivory Jones

Ivory Jones was a dedicated member of our team, serving as Superintendent since joining Rodan in 2017 until his untimely passing in 2023. Ivory specialized in figuring out innovative, cost-saving ways to get jobs done and had vast experience supervising the construction of schools, jails, hospitals, laboratories, and other industrial facilities. He played a crucial role in the construction of the University of California Office of the President Hertz Hall Complex, Bancroft Middle School in San Mateo, Stevenson Elementary School in Mountain View, and Intel, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire us.

Ivory's exceptional skills, unwavering commitment, and positive attitude made a lasting impact on our company and all who had the privilege of working with him. He was a mentor to countless individuals over his 40+ year career in construction. His legacy will forever live on & be passed down by what he taught his team: attention to detail, always follow up in writing, and sometimes “it is what it is” and all you can do is keep moving forward.
