Galilea Arias

Galilea Arias first joined the Rodan Builders team in April of 2023 as a summer Intern. She then signed on as a full-time Project Engineer upon graduating from California State University East Bay with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management. Working at Rodan Builders, Galilea appreciates the positive environment and her coworkers who are always willing to lend a helping hand.

When not at work, Galilea enjoys her days off hanging out with her dog, going on hikes and reading a good book. A quote that inspires her is, “Always end the day with a positive thought.”
