Elmer Figueroa

Elmer Figueroa joined Rodan Builders' Davis Team in 2023 and currently works as a Project Engineer. What he enjoys most about working with Rodan is the unique challenges and opportunities each project has to offer and the satisfaction of being able to bring projects to life. As Project Engineer, Elmer is always ready for the daily challenges he comes across on his projects and so it is no surprise that he relates to the quote, "If there is not a path, create one."

Elmer was born and raised in El Salvador. At the age of 12, he moved to the US and had to quickly adapt to a new language and culture. In High School, Elmer coached the Weston Ranch Jr. Cougars, a local basketball team in Stockton, California to an undefeated season. He credits his Mom, Marta and Sister Gloria for his successes, "I feel blessed to be in the position I am at, and for the people by my side and so I always strive to make my family proud." In 2023, Elmer completed his Bachelors degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.

Elmer enjoys outdoor activities such as dirt biking, fishing and camping and spends a lot of time with his American Bully, Esau.
