Aishwarya Dashpande

Aishwarya joined the Rodan Builders team as a full-time Project Engineer in July 2021 after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She jumped right into one of our largest Lease-Leaseback projects and quickly became a valued team member. Aishwarya spends most of her time on the job site and is enjoying the opportunity to learn new things every day. When she is not working, Aishwarya enjoys traveling and exploring new places, painting, and cooking new dishes for friends and family.
