Aaron Lopez

Aaron Lopez currently holds the title of Superintendent at Rodan Builders and, as of June 2024, has been at Rodan for 10 years. Apart from finding joy in watching Rodan Builders grow as a company and its ability maintain its positive culture, Aaron also appreciates seeing himself grow as an employee during his time here at Rodan. Prior to working at Rodan, Aaron attended Camp Glenwood High School and spent some time after completing a carpenter apprenticeship program and working in Christmas tree sales. He holds several certifications, ranging from First Aid/CPR AED, All Terrain Telehandler Operator, Superintendent Career Training, to Caltrans Road Flagger, Scissor Lift Operator, and Concrete Formwork. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys being outdoors and doing activities such as going hiking, camping, motorcycle riding and even lending a helping hand to his community. A quote that inspires Aaron is one by Zig Ziglar, “People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing --- that’s why we recommend it daily.”
