Rodan Builders has been awarded the 10.8 million dollar Albany Middle School Annex project.  Our partner on this design-built project is SVA Architects, who will serve as the Architect of Record.  Both companies have worked together on more than five design-projects with amazing success on all of them, we look forward to continuing this tradition.  Construction is expected to start in late summer of 2017 and will last approximately one year.
