This two-phase project included the remodel of existing examination rooms and offices. ADA compliance issues were addressed and corrected in existing restrooms. This project was completed in an occupied medical building. The fact that this project was taking place in an occupied medical facility, the problem of contamination was prevalent. Dust control measures were taken to ensure that no construction dust traveled to other locations in the building. Noise controls were also an issue which was controlled by taking care of tasks that were noisy outside of normal business hours to ensure minimal disruption to the building occupants and visitors.
