This project was completed at an active water treatment facility that is up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to meet the deadline for the PG&E rebate program we worked with an aggressive schedule. This project had demolition of HVAC equipment, installation of new HVAC equipment including new wall and floor penetrations and new curbs, concrete opening closures and roof concrete equipment and support pads and electrical work, concrete repair, column strengthening, roofing, and painting in preparation for the Cogen project. Rodan Builders was working at an existing operating wastewater treatment facilities which must meet requirements of State and Federal agencies and had to provide waste treatment in compliance with the requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board.
