Rodan Builders was awarded this Lease-Leaseback project to replace the existing bleachers at San Mateo High School and Burlingame High School based on our qualifications and past experience with San Mateo Unified School District. Scope of services included removal of existing bleachers, footings and associated site work. The project was completed in 5 months and allowed the school to use the new bleachers for their first football game.
