Rodan Builders Inc. was contracted to complete a 1000+ item punch list that was left after the previous general contractor was removed from the project. There were 16 separate task orders representing every aspect of construction from refurbishing the Terrazzo concrete floors to tightening screws. Due to the issues with the previous contractor Rodan had to work extremely hard to gain the trust of the project team from the city, but by the end of the project the relationship between Rodan and the City of San Jose had grown to a point of mutual respect and trust that allowed the project be delivered on time for its grand opening in September.
