This Design/Build project was a collaboration between Rodan Builders, Inc. and SVA Architects. The project consisted of a new component construction two-story classroom building including (8) standard classrooms, student and staff restrooms, and site work. The project was constructed with sustainable materials, abundant natural light, mechanical systems that filter and circulate the air, and insulated walls to reduce sound intrusion and reverberation providing an optimal learning environment for students. The building components were built off-site by Project Frog and erected on-site.
