Rodan Builders, Inc. was awarded the General Trades package putting us onsite from the beginning to the finishing details for this project. Located in East San Jose, this project included two buildings that encompassed four classrooms and Administrative offices for one of Santa Clara County Office of Education’s Special Education Programs. This project was a multi prime project that included close coordination with other General Contractors as well as specialty contractors. Rodan’s scope included the structural steel, framing, carpentry, casework, metal roofing, flooring, specialties and decorative fencing as well as developing the Storm Water Pollution Protection Program for the project.
