Rodan Builders, Inc. teamed up with SVA Architects, Inc. to complete this Design/Build project for the Fremont Unified School District. This Project Frog building with its component construction was custom designed for the campus's growing need for science and mathematic learning spaces. This ground-up building featured (4) science laboratories and (8) classrooms with an interior corridor to enhance student learning. The building's componentized two-story structure was assembled on-site from panels built off-site. This project also included all associated site work for the building. CHPS certification was achieved on this project.
