Our work at Centerville Middle School continues!! With Rodan completing Phases 1 and 2, we are happy to have been awarded Phase 3, Increment 1 of the Centerville Middle School Transformation project. This is a ground up construction of a new two-story classroom building housing (20) classrooms, the installation of (4) new modular buildings, new expanded drop-off zone with parking, storage space for emergency supplies, expansion of the playfields with new hardcourts and field repairs, and new central quad. Contract amount is $56,431,514. Wowza!
